We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Bilingual Preschool Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education program. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, fostering a nurturing learning environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences for young learners. Responsibilities
- Provide dynamic instructional leadership by developing and implementing engaging curriculum plans that support bilingual education and developmental milestones.
- Lead faculty recruitment, evaluation, supervision, and professional development to maintain a high-performing teaching team committed to excellence.
- Oversee daily school operations, including enrollment management, parent communication, and fostering positive relationships within the school community.
- Manage school budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting program growth and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and increase fundraising efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to early childhood education, special education law, and school safety regulations.
- Conduct faculty evaluations based on instructional quality, classroom management, and adherence to curriculum standards; promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong background in curriculum development tailored to bilingual education and early childhood developmental stages.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of education administration laws, special education law, and school legal requirements.
- Experience supervising staff, conducting personnel evaluations, and managing personnel in an educational environment.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Classroom teaching experience in K-12 or preschool settings with a focus on early childhood learning strategies.
- Familiarity with instructional leadership practices in education and working knowledge of managing faculty performance evaluations.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for program growth while fostering an inclusive and supportive school culture.
