Reqs: Bachelor’s deg or foreign equiv deg in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, Child Psychology, or rltd, + 24 mos of work exp as a Preschool Director or Preschool Education & Childcare Administrator. Reqs: Exp in preschool admin, strategic planning, & community engagement; Exp managing preschool oper’ns that improve efficiency, reduce costs, & support staff well-being; Exp in recruiting, mentoring, & evaluating teaching staff; Exp working w/ children facing learning & social-emotional challenges; Exp in implmtg resources for early detection & intervention for developmental needs.
