Minimum Qualifications: 1.PhD in early childhood education or related field (ABD considered if degree is conferred by start date) from an accredited institution. 2.Experience teaching (3 years minimum) in early childhood settings. 3.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, social justice, and inclusion. 4.Emphasis on a developmentally relevant approach to teaching Early Childhood Education. 5.Evidence of a focused research plan. 6.Focus on collaborative multi-disciplinary work.
