CHIEF OF INNOVATION: PRE-K 4 SA  OVERALL OBJECTIVE The Chief of Innovation drives Pre-K 4 SA’s efforts to be an incubator of innovation that invents new ways of working, iterates on existing structures, and interrupts the status quo to improve early learning in San Antonio. The objective of this position is to work in collaboration with other Pre-K 4 SA leaders to create an equitable, affordable, high-quality early learning system for San Antonio. The successful candidate will be a passionate, creative, collaborative, visionary self-starter who can provide novel and tangible solutions to the division as this initiative looks to diversify its programs and activities.
