Reba Early Learning Center, founded in 1966, is a full day nonprofit early care and education program. The foundation of Reba is grounded in equitable systems and an anti-bias philosophy. Reba is NAEYC accredited and maintains a GOLD level of quality through ExceleRate IL. Our program includes two Preschool for All classrooms and one 2 to 3 year age classroom. Children learn through play, in a naturalistic and holistic manner, with teachers using the Creative Curriculum as a guide and TeachingStrategiesGold as an assessment tool. One of our goals is to develop trusting, supportive relationships with co-workers, families, and the community.
Bachelor's in early childhood education or related field preferred.
