EduKids is Western New York's largest and best early childhood program. As a Lead Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers, children, and families to provide a home away from home for children throughout the WNY community. You will be responsible for the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years. You will teach and guide young children to adapt important life skills. Do you have a Pinterest board full of amazing sensory activity ideas? At EduKids, we don't believe in a strict, set curriculum. You will have the absolute freedom to create your own lesson plans each week!

Associate's Degree in Education or related field required (CDA is acceptable)
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field preferred
1 year of relevant childcare/teaching experience
