The right candidate must demonstrate experience in the areas defined above and have a bachelor's or higher degree in early childhood education.
Experience as a Lead Teacher in a respected preschool program
Experience in managing curriculum and best practices for infants through Pre-K.
Experience in training and orienting new teachers, managing educational program quality, conducting teacher performance evaluations and managing performance improvement plans as needed.
You must also be able to work varying shifts within our operating hours which are 7:00 am. to 6:30 pm
