•Requires Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education; or Master’s Degree in related field with 18 graduate credits in Early Childhood Education. Position requires prior teaching experience, preferably in both an early education setting and a community college; strong familiarity with educational technology is also required as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; Proven ability to work independently; Prior experience with program coordination is preferred. Teaching assignments include quality instruction, advisement of students, committee service as assigned and related activities; must be willing to teach utilizing alternate modes of delivery such as online, interactive video conferencing, etc. An excellent compensation package is provided. Westmoreland County Community College, a two-year public college, is located in Youngwood, Pennsylvania which is 30 miles east of Pittsburgh.
