The National Child Research Center (NCRC) seeks a Resource Teacher for a full-time position in the fall of 2017. Located in the historic district of Cleveland Park in Washington DC, NCRC’s highly trained faculty is committed to creating a preschool environment that nurtures the whole child while celebrating their uniqueness in a warm, supportive environment. Committed to the inclusion of children with special needs and typically developing children, NCRC provides small classes and an enriched learning environment within a collaborative, committed, and dynamic professional learning community. Resource Teachers are assigned to a specific classroom where they may assist in support the class in a variety of areas. They may also support and serve the school in some of the following capacities:
Supporting NCRC's auxiliary programs
Helping with special projects
Occasionally helping with administrative tasks
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
