As an Assistant Teacher, you will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting Lead Teachers in developing and implementing positive, nurturing, and stimulating activities suited for the developmental needs of the children. While there is an assigned schedule to ensure smooth transitions and staff breaks, you will be flexible, jumping in enthusiastically where needed. Maintaining confidentiality and nurturing supportive relationships with all NWC Kids' families is your primary mission. We serve ages Birth through 6 years old, and experience working with children aged 0-3 years old is strongly desired.
Requirements: •High School diploma •Proof of a negative TB Test •STARS certification within 6 months of hire, and completion of CPR and First Aid certification within one month of hire •Candidates with 1 year or more of Early Childhood Education experience will be given preference
