Northwest Center Kids is seeking a Lead Infant/Toddler teacher to join our team! Teachers work as a team with a co-teacher to develop and implement positive, nurturing, and stimulating programs suited for the individual developmental needs of the children as well as maintaining supportive relationships with families. Duties include planning developmentally appropriate activities, child assessment, classroom management, and collaboration with other teachers, therapists, and other professionals. Toddlers at NWC Kids are 2-3 year olds.

Strong candidates will be patient and professional, with a child-centered philosophy of how children learn and grow. Must be a team player and love all children. Some experience with children of all abilities is wonderful, but not required. The salary for a lead teacher is starting between $34,000-$42,000 per year DOE. This position includes great benefits.

Requirements: - Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education with two (2) years experience - Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on Early Childhood education or related field
