Requirements
The ideal candidate must have completed at least one half of the coursework and requirements to support obtaining an Associate's or Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education; have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in a group setting; knowledge of child growth and development, milestones of development and strategies to promote optimal growth for children, including assessment strategies; knowledge of creative curriculum and Reggio inspired programming; and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to support the mission and vision of the organization, and with parents to ensure good communication and collegial relationships on behalf our children. A Baccalaureate degree or Master's in ECE is preferred.
